    ISPs are companies who owned large bandwidth network connections (Referred
    as backbones). They sell small part of their network bandwidth among their
    clients. There are many level of ISP. Each level ISP buys network bandwidth
    from upstream ISP (A Larger Company who owned huge network than down-level
    ISP). ISP Responsible for providing a unique IP address (Internet protocol
    address) to their clients. So each connected host can be identified uniquely in
    the Internet. They buy IP address range and provide to their clients.
