Curses only have power if you believe in them. I believe a white witch would never attempt such a thing, they never use their powers for evil but only good, to lift up mankind and society.

If they are a white witch,then they wouldn't want to put a curse on you...that would be a form of black magic.

Maybe, if they were racist.

Anyone can put a curse on anyone else - it's simply believed that the curses of witches and other holy folk are more powerful. A white witch could absolutely put a curse on you, but being a practitioner of 'white magic' they are very unlikely to since that goes against their moral beliefs.

Black magic, and karma would get them back.
