Do Baby Copperheads Have Legs?

A friend of mine says he dug up some baby copperhead snakes this week in the Pocono mts. In Penn. He said they had legs, are they copperheads? If not ,what are they? Also i read copperhead babies are born at the end of summer til Oct. Thanks

No, like older copperheads they are snakes and do not have legs.
