At this point the best thing to do is clean where's she's messy. If she steps in something or messes up her rear end, then clean it with a warm wet cloth. Do not use any soap on here until she is at least 6 weeks old. Some shampoos have a warning label about not using them until the kitten is 12 weeks old.... Heed them. It won't hurt to use a warm damp cloth to run all over her body (with your finger) if you deem it necessary.

Let the mother cat clean her kitten.  The kitten will soon learn to wash itself.

You take a warm damp towel and wipe it down and if its really small then you have to wash its private parts so it will use the bathroom(that's only if the mom isn't there) and to dry it just put it in a towel and rub it down

Typically, kittens do not need to be bathed at all. Cats in general will groom themselves as much as needed. But if you really need or want to, make sure the water temperature is luke warm, not too hot, not too cold. Fill the sink or bucket before you put the kitten in, (only 1 or 2 inches of water), as the sound of the faucet might scare him. I would hold him in my hand an gently lower him into the water. Make sure you rinse him really well. Shampoos can irritate a cats skin. Bathing removes needed oils and can harm the skin, making it more susceptible to infection. Baths can be very stressful for cats.
