 How Can I Stop My Sugar Glider Chewing Off Their Tail?
My sugar glider is chewing off his tail to a stub about half the normal length.

 Talk to your vet. He may have some health issue. Also see if you can find some online groups of people that have these as pets and see what their advice is.

Barring any good advice, try putting something like Mentholatum on his tail to see if that stops him from wanting to chew on it.
