You can get something called Boric Acid. Don't panic! It isn't an acid, it is a powder, that you dilute in boiling water, cool it off and rinse the eye out with it, it works real well. I hear that Neosporen makes an eyedrop for styes.  You may need a prescription though.  Go to your local CVS or Pharmacy and ask the pharmacist.
