Fibre is a raw material of textiles. They are spun or twisted together to make yarns. Fibres come from plants, animals or even minerals. For example, wool comes fromm sheep and cotton come from cotton plant. There are also two types of fibres. Filament and staple. Filaments are long and continuous and staples are short.
