    Stir 4 teaspoons sugar and ginger in temperate water. Add yeast and let place for 10 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons sugar, limitation and salt in overcooked milk and stir to soften sugar. Cool the milk mixture to the same hotness as the yeast combination. Transfer the combination into a large bowl and adjoin half the flour and mix with a split, steadily add rest of the flour and continue mixing until smooth. Then knead with hands until stretchy and even. Place the cash in bowl, brush with oil, cover and let situate for at least 1 1\2 hours or until twice over in size. Place the dough on floured surface.

    Punch behind the dough and divide into 12-14 equal portions. Cover them with a damp cloth to put off from drying. Roll each portion flanked by floured hands into very even balls. Cover the balls with a damp cloth. Using fingers gently squash balls. Cover and let take it easy 10 minutes. On well floured outside lightly roll one sphere of dough at a time into a 7 inch round, rotating dough over once. Work with enough flour so dough does not stick.

    Place the Nan on a baking sheet. Using a pastry disagreement, glaze the Nan with egg
    white and dust with sesame seeds. Bake 2-3 at a time in 450F about 5-8 minutes or until golden-haired brown. Repeat with remaining dough. Allow Nan to cool slightly and spread with a thin layer of butter earlier than wrapping for storage. Hope it is easy now
