Why Worker Dislikes Work , No Ambition , Self Centered, Resist Change , No Intelligence?

Because they found out their boss was a not so upstanding  person and hired a friend to do the same job and paid them more for less experience.so why work harder if they are not going to be paid what their worth in the first place.

The worker cannot see the wider plan.  If the business succeeds his prospects are better.  It is not surprising companies close down when employees cannot give a good service.  I have cancelled two orders today because of inefficiency.
