If you believe in your heart, and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord YOU WILL BE SAVED. Jesus NEVER goes back on His promises.

You CAN know. If you have received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, you are forgiven and will go to Heaven. Those who reject Christ will go to hell. It is the decision of each individual person.

That has been the subject of debate. God has a covenant with the Jews and God does not break covenant. But the Israelites did, so I do not know. And Paul himself spoke that he would be condemned eternally if it meant his Jewish brothers and sisters would be saved. I do not know.
Best thing is to accept Jesus and know for sure. There are Messianic Jews who follow Christ but still practice their Jewish traditions. After all, Jesus was a Jew.

The Hebrews and Israeli Jews don't believe the messiah has come yet they have more prophecy that claims the prophet "Jesus" was indeed not the messiah. That's there belief, it doesn't make them evil, but remember that Israel means literally translated means "struggle with god"

You know if you are going to Heaven or to Hell, because the Bible clearly states what you need to do to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, Read Roamans10:9-10. If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, (that Jesus is Lord) and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, then you will be saved. And for those who don't believe then may God have mercy on you and your soul. And for those who don't believe in God or in anything, but still feel like there is a Heaven for them to go to, Why would you expect to go to a place and you don't believe in the one who created it.
