If they were to test the smartest person in the world with the smartest dog and they had a competition who would win.

No contest, my friend. There are many smart dogs, but humans have a much higher intelligence. I don't think a dog could have formulated the theory of relativity no matter how intelligent it would be.

I think that animals are smarter at other things other than us. But we have more intelligence. We can read, write and much more. They cant do that. But they know how to live in the wild and are more intent with what is going on around them
