Could I Purchase An Apartment For Cash (no Mortgage) After Having Declared Bankruptcy And Won?
I'll be receiving an inheritance shortly, and wish to purchase an apartment. I declared bankruptcy in 2005 and won, and want to resolve any issues that may arise.

You can buy anything you want with cash. If your bankruptcy is done, then you can use your money how ever you wish. If your bankruptcy is still going on, any money you get will have to go toward paying your bills.
