I Like This Guy But He Likes My Best Friend And He Always Tells Me How Hot She Is But I Really Like Him,what Should I Do?

In such a case, it really depends if your friend likes him or no, or is she the kind of a girl who wants to be with him. You see at times we do like a number of people not knowing how they are from with in. same is the case there; he likes her looks and her external beauty. And such an attraction is not love, it is just infatuation. Love is not about looking at someone and saying that they like them. It is way more then that. If your friend is hot, is very obvious that he likes her for her looks. And if I'm not wrong he must be spending time with you, give him a chance to you. Show him that you're beautiful too. This will take time, but if he is the love of your life, then it is worth doing. Go for it. Show him that you care for him, hope to see him smile, want to be with him. After knowing you he will definitely have feelings for you. Love is very unacceptable, it happens without knowing, when and how.

If he likes her you might as well let him go and be with before you get hurt .......you will find someone who likes you .........maybe you should tell your friend and she might do something about it ........but if she likes him back then don't expect much help from her just let him go if she likes him back .......she might be one of those friends who wont do that to you....

I am in the same situation! I really like this guy and he likes her.. But sometimes you have to say to yourself. Is he worth it? If he is try to talk to him more or hang out. Show him who You are! And if u find that it doesn't work clearly he is not the guy for you and find someone who likes u a lot!

You can't.  Find a guy that likes you more than he likes any other girl and you will be much happier.

Well it depends if your friend likes him to but if she doesnt then you can probably kill him with your awesomeness. If you tell him that u know she doesnt like him then comfort him and act a little flirtatious then maybe it ll work out, but if he is only with u to get to your friend dump him because he is probably a dumb jerk and a twinkle douche!

This guy is at my school and i like him a lot but the problem is well is my best friend  He is OBSESSED with her and she is SO mean to him.  But im trying to let go???

Go up to your friend and tell her the sititution. She might understand but if she don't try to prove her right.

My friend as trying to set up me and the guy and I thought he was starting to like me and then last night he told me he liked my friend.

But, I decided that if I try talking to him more, seeing him near her is going to bug me more.

You're in a difficult situation.
But, if he's telling you how hot she is. It means he's talking to YOU and not her. And, maybe he's trynig to see if it will get to you.
If you've liked him for a while, try telling him how you feel or get to know him better. :)

Sorry but hes not worth if he don't have enough respect to just like you and not every girl around him then forget him honey!  If he cant have a girlfriend and have other girls around them and he cant just like you then hes not ready to be stable!! Okay, well i'm in middle school, so that might help alot. Well, a year ago the guy i like now liked me ALOT. Like way too much, and i really didn't like him then, and i even had a boyfriend. But then he started liking my bestfriend, and i really didn't mind. Then me, 2 of my other friends and my best friend snuck out one night to meet him for my bestfriend, and after that i started texting him alot, we flirted big time, and i really started to like him. But, then he told me he asked out my friend. Then after a couple days my friend broke up with him. I told him i liked him and everything and my friend knew too. He told another one of my friends he did like me, but he liked my bestfriend alot more. After that he stopped texting me and my friend. Then a week ago we saw him, and he started texting her again. But, she tells me she doesn't really like him. Then yesterday he started talking to me on myspace. And he was flirting a little. But, i just don't know what to do. My friend says she doesn't like him, so why doesn't she just let him get over her? What should i do? Oh, and some people say he's known to flirt with alot of girls. But i still do like him alot.

I am in the same situation, and the guy and my friend went out but he cheated on her. I know its wrong to still like him if he cheated on my best friend, but i just can't get over him, i would say to just make sure your friend is ok with it, and go for him.

You should make him gelouse like make yourself hotter then your best friend and he will like you

Wow. What a coincidence. I was in this exact same situation a little while back. I liked a guy who sat next to me in one of my classes and he said he liked my best friend. He would always talk about her. It got kind of annoying sometimes. But i backed off. Because I realised that he was really into my best friend. And if he didn't like me, why waste my time on him? You should just come out with it and say you love him be strong and don't be afraid

Open up your mind.....tell him wot u feel towards him. It doesnt matter wots in his mind. Mind changes. Always show him how much you love and care about  him.....let him feel you.....

Because from what I've learned guys sometimes talk about girls to the girl they like
to see how they react.
