What Does Polarization Demostrate About The Wave Form Of Light?

Light has a transverse wave form which will proved with polirization that normally vibratesall planes. That is the crest and throughs do not occur in only on plane . But may oscillate in any orientation horizontally or at any angle. Polarization of light has only one orientation by permitting only particular vibrational orientation of light to continue.

Un polarized light has vibrations in all direction.when it is passed though a
Polaroid it is plane polarized i.e all randomly oriented vibrations are absorbed except one.If second Polaroid is rotated in front of it, light only appears when axis of polaroid is along the direction of light transmitted and disappears when they are perpendicular. so polarization demonstrates that light waves are Transverse waves.polarization
