How Do You Make Butter Cookies?

Butter Cookies are one of the most easiest cookies to make and the best thing about them is that they are also the most tastiest ones to have. Here is my best recipe for Butter cookies which can be prepared in just 20 minutes:

Ingredients:

1 Cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup butter
2 cup flour sifted before measuring
blanched almond halves
1 tsp baking powder
a dash of salt

Recipe:

Mix butter and sugar and blend until they are light and fluffy. Then add Vanilla extract. Sift the flour then add salt and baking powder. Stir these three ingredients into the butter mixture. Mix it until it is completely blended. It will form a dough. Shape this dough into small balls. Take some cookie sheets and place the dough balls onto them. Place an almond half on the top of each. Now bake them at 300 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. The will be light brown when ready.  Now Enjoy the fullness of Butter Cookies at home.
