How Many Clubs Did Current Dutch Coach Marco Van Basten Play For?

Born in Utrecht, Nertherlands in October nineteen sixty four, Marcel Van Basten went on to become one of the greatest strikers of his generation.  

A product of the famous Ajax Amsterdam youth academy, Van Basten signed professionally for the club in nineteen eighty two.  Van Basten spent five years with Ajax, scoring an almost unbelievable one hundred and twenty eight goals in only one hundred and thirty three games.  

With such a fine goal scoring return, Van Basten soon became one of the most saught after players in the world and in nineteen eighty seven he joined fellow Dutchman Ruud Gullit at Italian giants AC Milan.  

Before injury forced his retirement in nineteen ninety three, Van Basten played one hundred and forty seven games for the San Siro outfit, scoring ninety goals.  

At club level Van Basten won two European cups, three Italian championships with AC Milan and one UEFA cup with Ajax.
