I would like to find a nice all inclusive holiday in Mexico for my 20th anniversary not too glamorous but nice. Not too pricey.

The best in quality and service, in fact is only for couples is Sun Palace Resort in Cancun, is a little expensive, but really worth it!
Another is Excellence Riviera Cancun, also for couples, but 45 min. From Cancun, better beaches and more quiet and peaceful.

There are so many all inclusive resorts in Mexico that are great. First you need to decide if you want to be in Cancun (hotel zone) or Riviera Maya, Playacar, Tulum, etc. In either case, I would recommend either Riu Hotels (the Riu Palace Las Americas is their top of the line) or any of the Iberostar properties. You can't go wrong there...
