    Inc is an abbreviation used for the Incorporations. It is a very common abbreviation in the US; it refers to formation of a new corporation. The formation may be of any kind. It may be a non-profit organization, or a business organization, or may even refer to the government of a city or town that has come up newly. The term everywhere around the world is known as corporation whereas in the US it is referred as incorporations.

    Incorporation has a lot of features. It includes protection of the physical assets. The ownership is transferable. It involves retirement funds. It also has to pay the taxation. Incorporation raises funds through the stocks. It has durability. Incorporations have the credit ratings also.
