Before you install or remove a radiator make sure the engine you are going to handle is cool. You should also follow some basic safety and precaution rules so that you are not hurt while handling it.
Remove the fan assemblies and from the previous radiators and use it for the new radiator. Also compare the old as well as the new radiator to check if you are using the correct radiator. Before you go ahead and install the new radiator make sure that you have replaced any spoiled radiator hoses.
The installation of the radiator can be done the same way as you did to remove the radiator. You can refer to the owner's manual to check the placement of the radiator. While filling the coolant open the vent and close it before the radiator is full and also before you commence the vehicle.
