I would advise that a good site to start on would be dieselmodels.co.uk. You can only apply if you are between 14-22. They are not a modelling agency as such, but they will put you in contact with people that can help you. They will send you to a top photographer to get a portfolio done then they will recommend you to agencies that take your type of frame, height etc.
