What Did You Have For Dinner Tonight?

As it was my birthday yesterday(for us, now it is morning now), i gave a small party to my friends, we had a very good time. We had lot of spicy food, which included chicken, roti, etc

Chinese food Hot and Sour soup, Beef on a Skewer, Kung Pow Chicken, Orange Chicken and House Special Chow Mien. Man, I need to go to sleep!

Ohhh, that sounds so yummy -- I could smell that pork roast all the way over here!
We had smoked ham slices, marinated in pineapple juice, brown sugar, Sprite and maple syrup, then pan fried, and served with pineapple rings, 7-layer salad, and steamed green beans.  Oh -- and sliced tomatoes from our garden.  We had the last of the lemon meringue pie I made last Friday, for dessert.

(and just for the record -- tomorrow's dessert will be Apple Cobbler, recipe courtesy of Chef Tiggersmom!)  : )

Well we thought we would have our girls over seeing as it was a day of no work and all play,or sleep, or just lying around,so.... We barbecued some ribs,rib-eye-steaks,hamburgers,chicken drumsticks,hillshire farm sausages,hot dogs,corn on the cob,then I made potato salad,pasta salad,mac&cheese,green bean salad/w cucumbers,and acai berry smoothies,to wash it down,last but not least ice cream sandwich cake.but no one showed up,so we're stuck with all this food and no one to eat it,guess I won't be cooking next week,just smelling all this food cooking made me full!

We had beer butt chicken, bacon ranch pasts salad, potato salad, tossed salad, butter noodles and strawberry shortcake and/or brownies and ice cream for dessert. I'm so full I feel like exploding!!!!

We are having Steak and pork roast. I cooked the roast, and we had some steaks needed cooking, so we have a choice. Potatoes, carrots and that is it.

I had chicken filets and broccoli with mashed potatoes and a diet coke lol

We had hot roast beef sandwiches with mashed potatoes, smothered in gravy, butter beans, corn and green beans. Mmmm... Was delis.... But I could only eat half of it... So I saved the rest for tomorrow...lol

I had roast chicken, waffles and salad

Big fat pork chops, fresh snap beans, fried potatoes.

Barbq chicken,potato salad,deviled eggs,veggie bean........

I had tuna casserole yum!

Smoked neck bones and Black eyed peas! With MY scratch Corn bread!

I had lasagna and that was all.

I had a nice big bowl of spaghetti - my favorite! :+)
