How Can Skate Boarding Can Improve Your Health?

    Well about 60% of the time your pushing the skateboard with your feet(obviously) and if you ollie and what not your using muscle coordination  which pretty much means your using muscles so all in all you are getting exercise but thats not really the aim of the sport its more of a bonus that you exercise. I hope my advice satisfies your question, enjoy.

      Because since your using your feet to move you are excercizing your feet which is good for you.
