What do you like to do? Taking up a hobby can keep your mind off of your problems. If you are interested in art, take a painting class, or do it on your own. Interested in music? Try learning to play guitar. Into sports? Practice for a softball league you want to join this summer. Well, you know what I mean. Just try getting into something you can do all the time, that you really enjoy doing. Some of the best things in life are free. Just try to focus on the positives in your life. We all have stress in our lives, but you need to put that aside and concentrate on the good. When you start to think about all the stress you have, it only makes it worse. You may want to try getting into yoga, people say it is good for the body and mind. Hang in there, things will get better.
