Lawyer Gives The Other Side Confidential VA Medical Records Of Her Client Without Permission, When The Client Asks Why She Do This, She Says That Anything That The Judge Sees, The Other Side Has To See, Explain Is That True?
His lawyer gives confidential medical record to the other side, again a dumb decision on her part. And when they get to court the other side pulls out his VA medical record he is shocked. And he asks her about this and she says that she had to give it to them. Also phone record show that the lawyer has been talking to the other side personally, the ex wife. They have been conversating personally about him, his ex wife and his lawyer. Weird, please help?
