 I Just Found Out My Renter Is A Child Molester. Can I Evict Him And How?
I was not aware and the neighbors did complain. I found out he was a convicted child molester..Can I legally evict.

 Well, if he has been indulging in any such activities now also, then you can complain to the police against him and get him evicted. However evidence is the key. Without evidence it would be difficult. In any case, you can give him a legal notice to get him evicted according to the terms of your lease.
