I Am Having Guy And Family Trouble, Can You Help?

I may be very young but i can answer this type of question k if u re father may get mad or yell or fuss but if this guy really makes u happy then take the chance what's the worst that can happen.

This is a "situation" for sure.  Are you still living home?  Then bringing him home could be a problem.
Even though you are 20, you are mom's little girl.  Are you close to your stepdad?  If so, he probably WILL have a problem with this.   If you are certain this man is someone you might want to get serious with, you might want to introduce him to your family somewhere OTHER than home.  Possibly dinner together at a restaurant?  This way feelings/emotions won't get out of hand.

Now for totally UNSOLICITED ADVICE.  If you were my daughter I would ask you to think.  While you may  really like this guy, think about your future.   Thirteen years difference in age is not that big a deal in the future, but it is now.   You are just beginning an independent life.  He has much more experience than you.   Enjoy your freedom!  Date a number of men.  You should keep all your options open.   FINAL piece of advice.  Don't allow this man or any other to come between you and your family. Keep the communication open.  Your mom will be your mom the rest of your life.  She loves you and wants what is best,  even if you don't agree.

You are an adult by law, and that really isn't that big of an age gap. I would take him home to meet the family... I was younger than you I think 19 and dated a 32yr old and my parents were fine with it.
