I am trying to pay my bill online with my statement in the mail it said it would be ouick. NOT SO. how do I sign up for this service. I have try Searscard.com . I canot find my way Help. This is taking up way to much time . It is not user friendly.

SEARSCARD.COM SUCKS LIKE MOST OF THE OTHER COMPANYS WEBS. They make changes in their systems that causes error messages and failed log in Sears is the worse for it. Also, they do not take time to tell their system to tell us when the site is in maintenance mode or their web pc is in maintenance. You just get the 'cannot find page' message. So you log in from the log page searscard.com during business hours.

In any Internet browser (Internet explorer, Firefox, Netscape, etc.) type the following: www.searscard.com the left side you’ll see the online services listed in a menu format. If you’ve never used Sears’ online services before, you’ll need to register to be able to use the website to see your account information. Click the button that says "Register", and you’ll be prompted for information like your account number, your Social Security Number, ZIP code, and more. Once your account is authenticated, you’ll select a User ID and a password to use on the website. The User ID and password are linked to your account, so signing on will take you directly to your account information.
You only need to establish your User ID and password once, though you can change your password, if needed. Once your online account is established, simply return to www.searscard.com and go to the left side of the website again. This time, though, type your User ID and password into the appropriate boxes. Then click on the drop-down box just below that says "Where would you like to go?" You can select from Account Summary, Unbilled Activity, Statements, Balance Transfers and Rewards.
If, after viewing your online activity, you still have questions, just click on the "Contact Us/FAQ" link below the sign-in area. This will give you phone numbers and e-mail contacts with Sears employees for explanations or help.
