That does not look like a scrape to me it looks like an infection or a wound. It looks like it is deep. You should have a vet look at it. But if you can't, I have been prescribed Neosporin for a cat treatment with my cat Max years ago and he reacted to it well. But in addition the area had to be thoroughly cleansed twice a day with a gentle antibiotic soap. The problem is, this lesion may be fungal, which would require something else.
