    My Cat Drags His Leg And Has Gotten This Big Scrape. The Area Has Lost It's Fur. It Oozes A Watery/bloody Substance. Could I Use An Ointment Such As Neosporin?

    No that's not for animals go to the vet to get something prescribed.

    That does not look like a scrape to me it looks like an infection or a wound. It looks like it is deep. You should have a vet look at it. But if you can't, I have been prescribed Neosporin for a cat treatment with my cat Max years ago and he reacted to it well. But in addition the area had to be thoroughly cleansed twice a day with a gentle antibiotic soap. The problem is, this lesion may be fungal, which would require something else.

      When my pets have anything wrong , such as a cut, scratch, or something similar to that, I use A & D ointment. It always works and they don't lick it!!
