 Why Teeth Do Not Grow?
In humans there are 2 sets of teeth , primary and permanent. Permanent teeth replace the primary ones.

 I could not understand your question. Which teeth can not grow primary or permanent? Some time primary teeth can not grow and require surgery. The permanent teeth if lost can not re grow because there are no precursors teeth of the permanent teeth are left in our gums. The primary teeth are replaced by permanent teeth because on that time the precursor teeth were present.
