    All meat, in fact it is very difficult to support a healthy body while on a vegan vegetarian diet without supplements, try choosing meats with a low saturated fat level, like chicken breast and fish, try not to eat more that two to three servings of red meat, i.e. Cows, a week.

        Fruit, Vegetables, Meat and there is one more but i can't remember but these have more than enough protein.
