This offers a good way to study when you are doing something else - just put the earphones in! Often the repetition of playing the tapes helps people to remember the information.

Alternatively, perhaps you respond well to visual information. In that case, make some diagrams or charts of the information. Some people find that a visual form is easily recalled. Also, the process of compiling the information will familiarize you with it.

Of course, there is always the option of reading, the method that is most often used. Read and re-read to remember the information.
