Ok some times they do but they really only scar e the dogs into not getting in or out or were ever there not allowed to be

It only works as long as it does not injure the dog because it is against the law to have something dangerous around

A real dog fence is best. Invisible dog fences don't keep other dogs out and I thing you dogs deserve better.
