    Carrots of course, liver, broccoli, sweet potato, kale, butter, spinach, pumpkin, collard greens, cantaloupe, egg, apricot, papaya, mango, and peas. Vitamin plays different roles in the body, eyesight of course, gene transcription, immune function, embryonic development and reproduction, bone metabolism, haematopoiesis, skin health, and antioxidant activity. Phew, didn't think I would get through all that. Lol

    I believe i will be getting some vitamins this week. The only things i eat out of that list is eggs and pumpkin(pie that is).

    That is a good idea, flu season and all ya know. It never hurts to play it safe. Don't buy the most expensive brands, but don't buy the cheapest either. It can be kind of like a guessing game with either end of that.
