Bowel Cancer Symptoms. Can You Help?

I've always had a history of bursting blood vessels occasionally when going to the toilet, but am wondering if this is something I should be getting checked out as I get older.

Bowel cancer is also called colorectal cancer. Its risk increases with the age and  is more common in people over 50 years. Its symptoms are diarrhea or constipation which can last for more than six weeks, blood in the stool, anemia, abdominal or rectal pain, weight loss, lump inside rectum, fatigue, and sometimes vomiting. If you have history of bursting blood vessels and few more symptoms then visit  a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
