    First of all you should drink plenty of water. You can cut down on salt which will keep the bloating down a bit and take some midol or similar store brand medicine when needed. Warm baths and hot water bottles or heating pads all help too. You can place the hot water bottle on your tummy or the heating pad whichever you have, it seems to help with the cramps. Also if you are a heavy bleeder you can go to the doctor and ask them to do a finger stick to check your iron level. When your iron gets low from losing a lot of blood it will  make you really tired and run down. Eat lots of high iron foods and drink orange juice or something which has vitamin c that helps your body absorb the iron better.Hope this helps! Have a blessed day!
