How Come When I Click On The Comment It Closes And I Can No Longer Leave A Comment?

See the orange looking arrow at the top of the page that is making a circle clockwise(next to the search box at the top)) click that to refresh or f5 and then try the comment tab again after the screen refreshes or check your mouse to see if the control buttons are working properly you should hear a click(from the speaker) at the same time you hit the comment tab..or you could be double clicking without knowing it and the box is only doing what your mouse has told it to do.in other words your mouse has told the comment box to open and close by double clicking even though you thought you only clicked once.....or it is blurt it having problems(glitch). Thats my 2 cents
