It really sounds like you are suffering from some anxiety and or panic, you should really talk to your doctor about this. Well, i get dreams a lot and they sometimes occur more than once. I think that when they occur more than once, they are trying to tell us something. I agree with tiggermom when she said that you could be suffering from stress. Have you ever tried looking in a Dream Dictionary? Sometimes you can look up what you are constantly dreaming like say the white van, it will give you a definition of what the white van symbolizes. And like the headphones, they could represent you wanting to block out everything around you that is annoying you or something that might be angering you. Hope that works.

Recurring dreams is a sign that you need to deal with something. I'd talk to a doctor about this. I'm going through therapy that has stopped a lot of my recurring nightmares. Peace

I have recurring dreams all the time & I'm always in a place that I have never seen in my lifetime. I think that maybe I was someone else in a past life & when we dream it takes us back to the lives of the people we were before now!  I don't know. That's just my opinion though!
