I think it has something to do with the ip address that they use for the site. The best way to find out for sure is to use the "contact blurtit" or ask one of the mods to let you know why for sure. Hope this helps.

This site is absolutely free to it's users, there is never a charge for being here, unless you click onto an advertisement. Then, it is up to you if you buy or get something from that site.
I think it has something to do with keeping one account rule here and they consider once unsubscribed means user do not wishes to use the site again as it do not delete any unused accounts after prolonged period of it's remaining unused. Hope it helps!
