    My Pug Ate A Plum Pit Last Night. Is There Something I Can Do?

    It has not passed yet, but she looks fine and still full of energy. She tried to vomit but only bile came out. Is there something I can give her? Is her stomach acid enough to digest a plum pit? Our local Vet is closed on Sundays. Thank you for you insight.

    Plum Pit gas poison and can cause gastric upsets. Your dog can suffer from

    1. General weakness
    2. Lethargy
    3. Nausea
    4. Vomiting
    Dogs can not digest Plum Pit. Most probably, he will pass out very soon. But there is possibility that it can stuck up in the intestine and can cause blockage. So, wait for one day and he does not pass out then contact with vet.
