    Customer value is the sum of the total benefits which the vendor promises to give to the customers. There are a number of benefits which the company get as the outcomes of customer value. The first benefit is the increase in the market shares and revenues of the company. Secondly, it increases the relationships with the customers and make them brand loyal. Thirdly, it retains the customers for the company and this is a benefit for the company because the cost of attracting new customers is higher than the cost of retaining customers. Fourthly, it provides the operational efficiency and product differentiation to the company. Therefore, the companies are always motivated to create strong customers' value.
