Not for me. Cocoa Butter and Shea Butter both make me break out. Good for the body, but not so for the face in my opinion. Will help with old scars on the body , but they do not contain oil. I say keep it away from the oily parts of you!

Maybe if you eliminate the brown cocoa in the butter it may help the blemishes to fade away.
