I have put a wrong pin in my phone 3 times now it has gone off completely how do i unblock it or get it back on

If you have put a wrong pin three times you need to enter the PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) Code. You can get this PUK Code by call customer services or visit them, whichever is feasible and they will provide you PUK Code after asking some security questions
