What Could Be The Cause Of This And What Kind Doctor Should He See?

My Husband Is 58 Years Old And Has Never Been Circumsized. For About Two Years Now, He Has Been Experiencing A Tear In His Skin Sometimes Due To Sexual Intercourse And Sometimes For No Apparent Reason. His Skin Just Tears In A Circle.

I am a medical assistant not a doctor.  I would suggest going to see a family doctor if you have one and getting their advice.  If not I would call and ask a urologist.  They can tell you what they suggest and to who to go see.  It will hurt and be painful if he gets circumsized now, but he may benefit from it.  I would make sure they maybe do it surgically and put him out under anesthesia if they do it.  When babies are born they suggest circumcisions right away.  It prevents stds, and utis, and future infections for him and his partner, in this case it would be you.  Like you stated the tears etc.  are just part of not being circumcised.  The only thing that can probably really help is to be circumcised.  He has an easier chance of getting stds, utis, yeast infections, and irritations.  It can be due to not being able to keep it clean enough down there, etc.  I know my fiance is not circumcised and he gets yeast infections when I get them.  Then the medications he is allergic to the cream that is an antibiotic and has to take pills.  So it is best to keep it clean as possible, eat lots of yogurt, drink plenty of fluids preferably cranberry juice.  And maybe see a doctor.  Good luck.
