Aww, well please do not touch the babies or the mama hamster. If you do so the mama hamster will eat her babies then. Just make sure that there are no sharp points in the cage. You do not have to give them any thing to eat just give proper amount of water and food to the mama hamster. She'll feed the babies herself. You take care of the mother hamster and she will take care of her babies. But one again, please do not touch the babies.

She won't eat the babies, the living babies will eat them if one or two of them should die. Make sure there isn't a male in the cage with them, and  you will do fine with them. When they get to be about a month old, call the pet store and ask if they might be interested in buying them from you, sometimes they do, and others don't. Hope this helps, good luck.
