I want to put two of my children's clothes in one case. Is it allowed?

Yes you can make one suitcase but its weight should not exceed with the weight limit given by the airline which you want to travel with. Do inquire that how much weight they allow you to carry and pack your stuff accordingly. There is no harm in making one bag as it is easy to carry and manage.

Yes of course you can put anything you want in that case.
But as jannifer said it shouldn't exceed with the weight limit given by the airline which you want to travel with.

Yes if you roll the clothes it will give you more room. And it will lower the chances of wrinkles. Learned to pack a weeks worth of clothes in a back pack. Also pack one suit case every year for 2 of us.
