The conflict between the United States and Tripoli, which was started in the year of 1801, was famous by the name of Tripolitan war. When they refused to pay the same, the Pasha of Tripoli asked for a high amount of tribute and after that he declared war against the United States, in the year of 1801.

After that they made a blockade over Tripolian base, and some overland missions from Egypt ended the war by 1805. The War was ended up with harmony, and a treaty beneficial to the United States.
