I have two pups who have not had their shots and a new litter. My brother in law has a dog that was just diagnosed with parvo and treated and sent home to be around other animals who have not been vaccinated.

First you must understand how it is spread it is spread by direct or indirect contact with their feces. If the vet sent the dog home things should be fine just keep an eye on the others and look for the signs of parvo. The symptoms are lethargy, vomiting, fever, and diarrhea that usually contains blood. This cite has info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canine_parvovirus
