What Goes Good With Boiled Pork Chops?

Why in Heaven's name would you *Boil* a pork chop????  I'm assuming that is a typo and that you are asking what goes good with *broiled* pork chops.  I am also going to assume that you already know how to broil pork chops, so I won't bother going into that right now.

But...to answer your question: Just about anything.  Pork is a very versatile meat and pairs up with just about any other food.  You can do things with pork that you can't do with other meats.  Pork lends itself to sweet and fruity sauces as well as peppery and savory sauces.  The possibilities are as endless as your own imagination.  That means you should always eat what you like, and you should always eat combinations of foods that make you happy and satisfied.  Myself, I like pork chops with good old-fashioned mashed potatoes with butter and salt, a green vegetable like broccoli or steamed zucchini with lots of melted butter, some fresh biscuits, and a nice cold beer.
