    An MBA would help your employers in a number of ways. An MBA equips you with a lot of general and some specialist skills. The general skills that it will empower you with include:

    Undertanding the needs and wants of people around you. It will sensitize you to your environment because you will be dealing with people from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds throughout your career.

    It will teach you to work under extreme pressure. These pressure situations are often replicated in the work place. The pressure could be in the form of time, finances and resources.

    The specialist skills that it will equip you with are the subjects that you choose. It could be marketing, finance, technology, human resource, industrial relations etc. A good MBA will equip you with enough soft skills that will stand you in good stead in various environments. This is what that will deliver value to your employer.
