Sure, happens all of the time, just like an Illegal person takes the crosstown bus! Money determines if you fly or not, you only need a picture Id to board which is easy to get. Other than that they can fly
there is currently no cross checking with the INS computers against ticket buyers for domestic flights. International flights are another matter

Illegal person usually hide from govt. How can illegal person fly when he is hiding.If he get caught then he will be imprisoned or departed from the country.
